In the history of Wanaka the Sargood name is synonymous with vision and enterprise. Sir Percy Sargood purchased Wanaka Station – then one of the area’s largest sheep farms – in 1912 and this was farmed until 1980. Edgewater Resort is established on lakefront land once part of Wanaka Station.

Executive Chef, Damon McGinniss (above) injects a distinctive Kiwi flair to his menus so watch for some new dishes on the menu over this summer.
