Edgewater is seeking applications for this position to join our team in the kitchen.

Applicants must:

* Be fully qualified with a certificate in culinary arts to level 3 and a diploma in professional cookery

* A basic hygiene certificate

* At least six months experience in a professional kitchen

* Their own knives and chef whites.

The applicant must be willing to learn, be part of a team, demonstrate practical sense and possess excellent practical skills.
