Night Porter

Edgewater is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to join our team.

This role requires the successful candidate to work from 11pm – 7am, 5 days per week.


This role will be predominantly cleaning of the Hotel public areas with some guest services interaction and security tasks.

The applicant must be reliable, hard-working and take pride in their work.

Receptionist

Edgewater is seeking a highly motivated and professional receptionist to join our front office team.

This is a full-time position including day and evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hotels or in a hospitality capacity. Prior knowledge using CMS Hospitality and reservations experience will be advantageous to the applicant.

Are you reliable, hard- working & take pride in your work? Then Edgewater is looking for you to expertly attend to our guest rooms &guest areas. Preference will be given to those who will stay for a minimum of the three months.

Sous chef

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced & skilled Sous chef in Wanaka’s leading hotel kitchen at Edgewater.  You will be working & leading a professional brigade of chef’s in a state of the art brand new kitchen employing modern cooking techniques.

Strong leadership skills & extensive knowledge of modern cooking is required along with previous experience in quality restaurants or a 4 star plus hotel setting & passion for food & commitment to delivering a great guest experience every time.
