Experienced CHEF DE PARTIE

An opportunity has become available for an experienced & skilled Chef De Partie chef in Wanaka’s leading hotel kitchen at Edgewater. This role requires someone with a diverse background in cooking techniques.  You will need to ability to run a section autonomously & supervise junior staff in a state of the art brand new kitchen.

Strong leadership skills & extensive knowledge of modern cooking is required, along with a minimum of five years experience in quality restaurants or a 4 star plus hotel setting & passion for food & commitment to delivering a great guest experience every time.

Commis Chef Position Available

Long term positions are available in our fast-paced high quality hotel kitchen.

We are looking for serious chefs who wants to further their careers in a food & customer service focused environment.  Previous experience in quality restaurants or a 4 star plus hotel setting is required, as is a passion for food & commitment to delivering a great guest experience every time.

This role requires a minimum of two years experience, work across a variety of shifts & sections with a willingness to learn & follow instructions, a keen eye for detail & a passion for quality ingredients.
